This Statement of Personal Data Protection of Visitors on the MAJUR doo website, Fallerovo setalište 20, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 23200124202, was made in accordance with General Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April on the protection individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), applicable from 25 May 2018 and the Law implementing the General Protection Regulation data (OG 42/2018).

MAJUR d.o.o. (hereinafter: MAJUR) understands that your privacy is important to you. We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. This may include any information that may lead to you as an individual.

MAJUR processes your personal information that you have provided to us when you register at the web shop, by subscribing to the newsletter on our website www.autap.eu or by querying one of the contact channels provided above. We collect information for the purpose of delivering goods, to provide information about products and services, and to answer your queries.

By accepting the terms of use of the web shop (General Terms and Conditions published on www.autap.eu), you also agree that MAJUR shares your information with HRVATSKA POŠTA d.d. or other company for the purpose of shipping purchased products.
By accepting the consent to use your personal information when you sign up for MAJUR's marketing newsletter, you give permission to use and store your personal information for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent, ie, unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter. Consent also includes sharing your information with a company that helps us create and deliver newsletters.
